Benny Bock is a versatile musician from Oakland, California, renowned as a keyboardist, composer, producer, and sound designer. Raised in a musical family, he was influenced by his grandmother, Betty Nudelman, a music teacher and folk musician, and his parents, who were both musically inclined.

Bock's musical journey began with his education at Berkeley High School, followed by studies at Oberlin Conservatory. He has collaborated with a diverse array of artists, including Tony Berg, Blake Mills, Feist, Rick Rubin, Wendy Melvoin, Tom Oberheim, Bruce Hornsby, Hand Habits, Vince Staples, Sam Gendel, Sam Wilkes, and Fabiano do Nascimento.

In 2021, Bock released Vanishing Act, an instrumental album produced with Pete Min for Colorfield Records. The album reflects his commitment to spontaneity and reaction in the recording process.
