Find Your Calm with the Alexander Technique

Together we'll practice techniques to navigate overwhelm, discover tools to make us more comfortable physically and emotionally, and support each other as we cultivate our natural poise together. In this immersive somatic workshop, we'll nourish ourselves with the healing powers of movement, touch, and community as we connect more deeply with ourselves and each other.

Casey Butterfield helps parents move from overwhelm to ease with her somatic education practice, Sense & Strength Somatics. She believes that we are born knowing how to move through life smoothly and calmly, that toddlers have the best posture on the planet, and that everyone has a gorgeous natural grace just waiting to be released. Casey is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and a Registered Somatic Movement Educator.
