WE’RE SCREENING: The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus & Charlie is My Darling with an introduction from Jeff Feuerzeig:

The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus was shot in 1968 as a BBC TV special, but wasn’t released until the mid 1990s due to the Rolling Stones holding it back. Did they feel overstaged by the kick-ass performance of The Who? Perhaps! Directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg, same director of The Beatles “Let it Be” footage, it features Jethro Tull, Taj Majal, Marianne Faithfull, Yoko Ono, and John Lennon with his supergroup “The Dirty Mac!” 66min

Charlie is my Darling: Shot on tour in Ireland in 1965, we live behind-the-scenes with the young Stones.  65 min
