Los Angeles Folk and Blues Associates Benjamin Jaffe, Carolyn Kendrick, Adam Moss, Sean Watkins, and more welcome Rachel Baiman to Healing Force of the Universe.

Rachel Baiman is a Nashville-based singer, songwriter, fiddler, and producer whose 2023 album Common Nation of Sorrow was named one of The Boston Globe’s Best Albums of the Year (So Far), earned four stars from American Songwriter, and was praised as a “remarkable record” by The Amp. After performing more than 130 shows worldwide in 2023, Baiman launched a series of collaborative singles with artists including Pony Bradshaw, Caroline Spence, Nicholas Jamerson, and Kaia Kater. Originally from Chicago, she has also worked with Kacey Musgraves, Kevin Morby, and Molly Tuttle, earning acclaim for politically charged, deeply personal songwriting.
